Well Blockbuster will be changing the in-store exchange limiting customers to the number of in-store exchanges per month. Sounds like a classic Blockbuster moment.

I prefer Netflix myself. The movie selection is outstanding. The delivery is very fast (we get movies within 2-3 days). And the price is always right.

But some of my friends prefer Blockbuster. Their reasoning is that if they want a new movie, they can just swing by the store for a trade-in.

While that might be a convenience factor over Netflix, it's hardly enough for me to switch services.

And how can anyone forget the "No Late Fees Ever" fiasco at Blockbuster. They only thing they didn't tell you was if your movie was a week or more late, they charged you an arm and a leg.

Go Netflix!
