8 Things to Know About Jerky Beef

My 8 Random Facts
- I was born and raised in Evanston, Illinois (The city where Northwestern Univerisity can be found, 15-20 minutes North of Downtown Chicago)
- I have an undergraduate degree in Sociology and a masters in Training and Development. I have yet to use my Sociology degree for social work, but i love to learn about social issues and people in general.
- I used to own and run my own design/ production firm and sold it back in 2004 for a good chunk of change and time on my hands to go to Graduate School in Michigan.
- I truly love the taste of beef jerky, but prefer Peppered Bison Jerky (this is new to me as of yesterday… so good!)
- My company currently owns and operates a small but growing network of online shops
- I use to produce and record music with a group. Our fist gig was an opener for the Roots in Chicago. We then recorded an EP and broke up shortly after due to egos, hype, and recognition from local producers and labels. I recorded an individual EP that has yet to see daylight (see #7) but i have performed most of the tracks at a few live shows in multiple states.
- Â I suffer with a perfectionist mentality, although, my brain works overtime, all the time with ideas and inventions, as an entrepreneur this can be bad.
- I don’t sleep and my wife hates it, ‘I never sleep, because sleep is the cousin of death’ oh and i love quotes of all kinds.
