So after some long thinking and research a friend of mine came across a great deal... Jeep Certified used vehicle (Means nothing except it has a warranty) do not be fooled by dealership rhetoric in their attempts to confuse you by using salesman language.

Well, in this case if you get a lazy salesman like the one they had at Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dealership in Novi, Michigan then you wouldn't have to worry much. The test drive was believed to be something honest and respectable, the Lazy salesman told them to drive it around the block, 4 rights should bring them back to the dealership, no highway stuff...

The Basics:
They were sold an 07' Jeep Liberty classified Certified Used Jeep... Not only did this dealership try to run them with unethical practices when it came time to do their loan and match the original rate they were receiving. This guy told them that they can drive the Jeep off the lot if they used the dealership financing (not to mention that the title wasn't with them). He said all they would have to do is fill out a 'Title Lost' form and put a $50 deposit down (refundable)... just in case the title doesn't make its way to the dealership. Wtf? really? How ethical is that? Especially coming from a major (Suburban Chrylser Jeep) dealership.

Although, I will admit they did get a good deal on the Jeep Liberty, but that's what my friend does, he sniffs out great deals on everything from homes to pets to vacations for clients... it's ridiculous... back on topic...

So they drive the car home and to their knowledge everything is going great, until they discover the windshield was not properly sealed... How dangerous is this? wth? After looking at the papers, everything was checked including the 'Windshield Inspection' well what do you know... and once they called the dealership back (that evening) the Lazy Salesman had the audacity to dispute the allegation by claiming that the car was inspected due to the certified standards and so on, claiming that the car has been driven and so on, well my friend asked the Lazy Salesman whether or not he drove the car on the highway.... ding ding ding... and guess what the answer was, nope! What a schmuck... with that said he agreed that the dealership would fix it, AS IF HE HAD A CHOICE... idiot...

So my friend calls in to see if he can get a spare tire jeep cover or a jeep cargo cover, this Lazy Salesman refused to give up the $45-$60 for the inconvenience, talk about good salesmanship... this place lacks it like crazy... Suburban Chrysler Jeep in Novi, Michigan don't ask for Mike this crab doesn't get any recommendations...
